When you click on the "Salesforce" tab in NinjaPDF, you can create PDF files of the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and image files you have saved in the folder you specify. Also, you can save the created PDF files in the NinjaPDF folder. This function allows you to simplify the storage and sharing of internal documents.
Useful Feature 2: Salesforce Customer Detail Pages Provides for Unified Management of Direct to PDF Creation and Clients
We have added a "Create NinjaPDF" button in the "Leads", "Accounts", "Contacts" and "Opportunities" tabs for those files with the highest demand for PDF conversion in your everyday operations.
This provides you with a way to unify the management of client information.
By pressing the "Create NinjaPDF" button in each Detail page, you can create PDF files of the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and image files on your computer and then save them in the Notes & Attachments column of the same page.
