For beginners, the application has ON/OFF toggle displaying popup tips for quick understanding each features. You just go the step 1, 2, 3 following the instruction on the application.
Only you have a web browser, you can create PDF online from "NinjaPDF"tab, or from each "Lead Detail", "Account Detail", "Contact Detail" and "Opportunity Detail" pages on salesforce. In "NinjaPDF" tab on salesforce, it has 2 organized fields. One is for uploading "Local File", and another is for uploading from any fields on "Documment" tab.
The created PDF can save to 4 locations.

NinjaPDF is suitable on-demand solution for business use. You will be comfort by using from an outside & an inside. The supported file formats are Microsoft Office documentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), any image data and HTML document.
- HTML page with ActiveX can't convert to PDF. The processing times out soon.
