Long Term Free Trial Campaign Now!

- Target users for free trial:
- Salesforce Customer (possessing Salesfoce user ID).
The NinjaPDF (Spring’08) for AppExchange version, providing unrestricted service, can be used for free long-term.
Trial conditions: (1) Requires a Salesforce account; (2) Any company user can use the trial after installation and configuration; (3) The maximum size of file that can be converted is 50 MB; (4) PDF conversion timeout: 10 minutes/PDF.
Application Procedure: Have the company Salesforce administrator click the “Get It Now” button on the NinjaPDF page on the Japan AppExchange site and follow the wizard to register. It only takes a few minutes to register all company users.

Trial Period: An unrestricted trial will be provided for free for the foreseeable future. We will keep users who register during this campaign informed about the transition to a paid service by e-mail and at www.ninjapdf.com.
How to apply
- Your Salesfoce Administrator clicks "Get it Now" from NinjaPDF for AppExchange
- Check "Current Salesforce Administrator"
- Following the Salesforce wizard, select the required entries.
- Start Installing of package.
- Configure "Create and Attach NinjaPDF" button by the following operations.
"Setup -> App Setup -> Leads (Accounts, Contacts, Opptunities) -> Page Layouts"
Limitations of "Test Drive"
Test drive users have the following limitations.
- The maximum file size allowed per file is 500KB.
- Attachment email function is NOT available.
- "Create & Attach NinjaPDF!" button in Salesforce "Lead Detail", "Account Detail", "Contact Detail" and "Opportunity Detail" are NOT available.
- HTML page with ActiveX can't convert to PDF. The processing times out soon.
About "Long Term Free Trial Campaign"
Free Trial users have no limitations, as the same as purchaser.
- The maximum file size allowed per file is 50MB.
- The processing times out after 10 minutes.
- Attachment email function is available.
- "Create & Attach NinjaPDF!" button in Salesforce "Lead Detail", "Account Detail", "Contact Detail" and "Opportunity Detail" are available.

Limitations for double bytes: about original documents consist of double bytes characters. such as Japanese and Chinese, etc.
- Text file (*.txt. *.csv) is not acceptable.
- Vertical writing is not acceptable.
- HTML page with ActiveX can't convert to PDF. The processing times out soon.
